Amazing food and lovely staff! They really go out their way to make sure everything is perfect! The owner is a legend and the waitress was really friendly and very attentive. We have been here before and will be certainly returning soon!
Dined there once and will never go there again. Interiors are Ok4/10 Service was Ok4/10 Food quality was pathetic1/10 Ordered non-veg entree and vegetarian mains, both were under cooked. They do not have tandoori roti on the menu, upon asking if they made it, but it was no different to normal chapati. Dal was not cooked properly, lamb was hard to chew. I literally had to leave dal and tandoori roti as i couldn't eat undercooked meal. Either you need to change chef or prepare your food properly for better quality to match the price.
The food was great! Not so expensive one of the best Indian Restaurant in town and friendly staffs as well. Wish the portion size would be bigger the but tastes amazing!
Been here a couple of times and have really enjoyed dining here. The food is excellent and i recommend the chicken tikka on the sizzling platter. The atmosphere is good and its nice to sit outside in summer. The staff and the owner are very friendly and attentively made sure we were happy.
Been going to this restaurant for 3 years now and the food is always fantastic the staff are always friendly the best indian food. My suggestion is to have a few people go together, get a main dish per person, 1 naan for evey 2 people and a rice each. Normally this will cost us about $22 each and we get to try lost of delishious food.
I got a take away. It was a little overpriced I thought, and the quality of the vegetables corn??! left a little to be desired...but the gravy was lovely and full flavoured, the lamb cutlets had a good flavour and were moist and the popadoms were fresh.
Beat Indian in the Illawarra and I love Indian. Been all around why I agree it is the best are; Amazing food Friendly service Will make your meal as you like it, individual dishes rather than a large restaurant not make a new dish for you. So meals wise, best and largest variety of vegan options as they will make many meals vegan. Family run and very friendly. Yes old tacky decor but who cares when the food is so good. Worth the drive and honestly better than JJ's and Manjits but they have more drink and large group options.
I have never been a fun of Indian food but once I went to Ghedia's Restaurant I want to go there more and more. Food is beautiful so tasty and always fresh. The owners/staff very polite, so nice!
Well priced considering what you get. The food was quick to come out and kind to serve a chutney & parpardums in the beginning without cost. Although the lack of chicken in the butter chicken was sad, portion servings weren't filling.
Sue me all you want, I'm entitled to my say...this is the poorest restraunt. I would never come back to this restraunt nor would I order take away again. Food is over priced for what you get. Got a butter chicken and paid around $16-$17 and only got 3 pieces of chicken and the rest was sauce. I asked my vindaloo to be mild and I got extra hot! That's my say, not telling everyone not to eat here I'm just saying I won't be
