Bought a tent and sleeping bag. Very happy with them. Nice staff and ownership. Amazing local family business. They have everything u need for camping with variety of prices. A lot of choices based on your budget. They have a large area just for tents fully set up which u can go inside them and see how it'll look like in reality. Absolutely better than buying just by package pictures. Well done Getaway. Definitely recommend.

Customer service here is absolutely fantastic, you dont get service like this anymore. I called up about a certain product and got updates via phone about the stock levels as soon as new stock was in. The ladies helped me choose when i got there and it is such a massive store there is so much to choice. Definitely will be back here !
Excellent customer service, best range of tents set up in store and fantastic range of products As 1st time campers we really appreciated the advice that we got from Carol, she was very honest, not at all pushy and we came away feeling confident with our purchases, I am sure we will be going back for many more add-ons in the future
Love this place. Huge range of everything and massive tent display room that you have to see. Get a membershup and save even more. My last biggish purchase was $900 and I got $130 off just through membership. That is a great deal. I send all my connections there and all of them are repeat customers now. This is the Bunnings of the camping retailers, seriously if they don't have it, it's not worth having. Go have a look campers, you wont regret it.
