I had a terrible experience that still affects me now, I was discriminated against due to being a complex patient, and was told i was not able to be seen at this clinic anymore, it affected me badly, and caused me to go into deeper depression after that. I could not fathom how i was rejected for having a complex medical history, especially right after I was just in car accident and was injured, hence my attempt for help by my attendance there.

All the health care professionals at the clinic are exceptional. Everything from vaccinations to women’s health and chronic illness management. Everyone is compassionate, knowledgeable, kind and solutions focused.nnHighly recommended them.

My family and I have been attending Get Well Clinic for over 6 years now, for a variety of health issues and needs. Whatever doctor we see at the clinic, we have been met with kind attention, great care, and genuine assistance. The reception staff have always been very friendly and helpful, and have often booked us in quickly if one of our children has had an urgent need. Our children are always happy to attend the clinic and have a very positive outlook on doctors, nurses and medical staff because of the great example shown at the Get Well Clinic.

Having recently moved to the area and feeling persistent fatigue for the past three weeks, I approached Dr. Kelly Ma for a comprehensive health check-up. During our conversation, I mentioned my concerns and expressed a wish to undergo a blood test. While Dr. Ma inquired about my sleep patterns and the onset of my fatigue, and also suggested a breast screen check-up, I was taken aback when the appointment concluded in just 5-7 minutes. To my surprise, basic standard procedures like checking my blood pressure and a general physical examination were omitted.nnIs this omission of fundamental checks part of the standard procedure for appointments at Get Well Clinic? I am genuinely concerned about the brevity and perceived incompleteness of the consultation, especially given the nature of my symptoms. I would appreciate clarity on this matter.nnUpdate: I've just been contacted by the clinic's management. They consulted with Dr. Kelly Ma and informed me that it's not customary to measure heart rate, blood pressure, etc., during a first appointment. I find this surprising, especially since my visit was centered on health concerns and a general check-up. Spending 7-10 minutes with a doctor, at a cost of $75, to simply answer questions without a basic physical examination doesn't feel right to me. Regrettably, I won't be returning to this clinic and cannot recommend it to others

The online booking system is easy to use and allows me to easily choose an appointment that suits my family without having to wait for the clinic to open the next day. I have always been welcomed with a smile and the Drs and nurses are great dealing with my young children and following up to see how treatment is going.
