Wish I had of read all these BAD reviews before booking a appointment. Such Unprofessional, rude reception staff. When booking consultation over phone was told it was bulk billed with my healthcare card and also that I could have a iron infusion at the appointment , I get to clinic and they want $110 and then said I have to book another $110 appointment for my $150 infusion, so what is todays appointment for a donation? When I stated I was told it was bulk billed the reception woman was so rude, I’d never want her on my staff.bad vibes and no manners. Yukky. Money hungry clinic with a rude receptionist and it’s clear reading all these reviews!!!

Have been looking for a decent GP since moving to Healesville and Get Well Clinic ticks all the boxes. Friendly receptionists, beautiful location, Dorevitch Pathology next door and great, knowledgeable doctors. Although, I’m yet to meet that famous Mr Otto!

I've been living in Healesville for 20 years, and have been going to the Wellness Clinic since its opening.The doctors are wonderful. I cant fault them however on two occasions the receptionist has intimidated and generally made me shake from head to toe. I'm 62, I have ptsd .I don't need an unkind woman at the desk I need a kind intelligent responsible woman. I'm so sorry BUT MY FAMILY WONT BE BACK until shes gone . With regret. Won't be returning, came yesterday for an appointment for my son. They were concerned he had rubella which I'm not immune to. I'm currently pregnant so the doctor wanted me to get bloods done to see if I have it or not as super dangerous to fetus this is the only reason I need to register my details now you want payment for an appointment I didn't actually have and wotn give me my blood test results without payment

I booked months in advance to see Dr Conway, the appointment was then cancelled last minute and rescheduled for the following week, when I was 15 minutes late after travelling half an hour from work the receptionist was extremely rude and then told me the Doctor couldn't wait and I would need to reschedule. I will not be returning to the clinic and will find another GP.

I attended this clinic for maybe 8 years. Recent experience of the GP’s there has forced me to change doctors. If you have complex issues or ASD/ADHD I don’t recommend you attend. They are at best ignorant of this, at worst abusive

This really is a wonderful Family Doctors Clinic. From the Reception staff to the Nurses to the Doctors, they all make you feel like they truly care about your health and well-being. This Clinic is such a fantastic asset to Healesville and surrounds.

Had a phone appointment booked in but Dr Conway called late and canceled  booking. Explained to receptionist that it was important/urgent cancer but still refused to speak,  despite her being next to receptionist I could hear her. We’ll go elsewhere in the future

My young family always receives excellent care and customer service here.

Fantastic friendly clinic , the doctor's and nurse's are amazing attentive kind and caring . The car park is the only let down but who cares when you have found a amazing doctor's surgery for the whole family  leave a extra 5 mins early incase you cannot find a park 5 stars plus!!!
