I can not recommend these guys HIGH ENOUGH... First time servicing my beloved Audi outside of Audi Australia's network and with a tonne of research I found Sven, Brad and the team and I was simply blown away. Quality of work, prices, level of visibility on the work being done info and timing as well as professionalism and friendliness is unbelievably good, rivaling if not beating the OEM service network. So much so that if you own a German late model all the way to oldies and you take it to a different mechanic you are doing both yourself, your pocket and your car a disservice! The only issue with these guys is how busy they are and how early you can get a booking which I hope can be resolved. Go ahead book your car in and thank me later!!!

I have been doing my two Mercedes service for the last few years with these guys and I cannot recommend them high enough. They have amazing communication skills,they are on time,explain all the requirements and costs involved. if anything should be bought from Mercedes they work with few Mercedes dealer and no hassle for client ,they sort it out for you. I really like how they run their business . This year was the first year I had to rent a car for my service which they offer for free and it was very handy .Services:&nbsp;Air conditioning

This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at German Service Shop, and I’d give them 6 stars if Google would let me. Their rating is completely well-deserved.  Sven made me feel my car was in good hands, the shop looked clean and well organized. GSS was able to complete my car’s scheduled maintenance quickly. GSS went above and beyond and even gave it a car wash. Not something I expected given their prices are much, much better than what dealerships are offering. Looking forward to bringing my car in for all its services in the future.  My only recommendation for anyone looking to book an appointment is to do it a month or so early if possible, as they have a bit of a waiting list.

Brad & Sven went to extraordinary lengths to find this knock in the front of my F15 X5 !!!! Not even BMW Australia or a specialist suspension place could find it after numerous visits. Yes it took a few visits with Brad & Sven, but what was different is they gave me a plan, what we'll do and when.  The level of communication was high, the effort they put in was above & beyond & the quality of workmanship was detailed. Nothing but EXCELLENCE when it comes to German Service Shop!!!  I never got the same service when I brought my Golf into Volkswagen. Here they provide you genuine diagnosis of ur car and prompt fix, they even provide hire cars and on top of that wash your car all included. Been my third visit and don’t think I would trust any other mechanics but these guys.

I’ve been taking my 2008 BMW to to GSS for years and am happy to recommend them.  I have always found them to be helpful, honest, reliable and friendly.   They always go out of their way to deliver a great service, even at busy times.  I feel totally comfortable handing them my car and confident that they will do a great job and at a fair price.  Another thing I appreciate is that they never “talk down” to me in any way unfortunately female car owners can experience this elsewhere.  Thanks for your great work guys!
