I have had two great experiences with this company. About 5 years ago we self installed a dry back vinyl plank product in a rental property - it looks great and has held up very well. More recently I contacted them about a needing a sample of a product not on display at Bunnings and they were super helpful and sent me the sample free of charge. Great products and customer service!

This is undoubtedly the worst flooring choice I have ever made! At first it looks terrific, but that is very short lived. It is highly porous which I had no idea prior to finding out the hard way. I bought the bamboo look variety and it stains VERY easily and cannot be cleaned, even with bleach! Gerfloor came out and replaced vinyl throughout the whole home and voila. it looked great again for a short period. Might be well suited to a show home for photograophic purposes, but if you live on it with children it looks disgraceful in no time. Never again! Even under a mat that was laid on the floor and kept clean and dry, it grew black mold that will not come out. Look at the image below and rest assured, we are a normal family with kids with office jobs, not grease monkeys living in red dirt where you would expect to see some stains in the flooring, look what we ended up with!
It’s been 2 years since we purchased & installed Gerflor Creation 70 Clic system flooring in our commercial building. The floor has worn exceptionally well and still presents as good as the day it was installed. Gerflor’s maintenance recommendation is simple & a breeze to follow. On choosing Gerflor we were primarily focused on material quality, durability & of course the look. Choosing Gerflor was easy for our business for “Made in France” was our assurance of European manufacturing quality. I would strongly recommend anyone considering flooring to put Gerflor on the short list. The hard part will be selecting from a myriad of colour & style for your home or office.

The most unprofessional business I have dealt with to date. Gerflor offer the opportunity to become a Gerflor distributor on the website but the fact is they do not want to partner with any more businesses. I would have accepted that answer but all I got was the run around.
Found the adhesive flooring tiles I was after at the local Bunnings - just like they said I would. Perfect - job done! Thanks Gerflor.
