Amazing real estate agent and person. Nicole is very knowledgeable and very professional. From the first inspection Nicole was very welcoming and kind, she went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and concerns were met with 100% satisfaction. She is a great negotiator and made me pay more for this property then my budget was. Friendly and helpful team. Nicole and Georgia were so helpful in enabling me to secure my wonderful apartment. They gave me great advice on how to place a pre-auction offer that suited both myself and the vendor. My first experience buying solo and they made it easy, helping me with good advice along the way.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I inspected my now future home with Matt from Gerber real estate. He was friendly, personable and prompt. How refreshing it is in a city like Sydney where many rental agents aren’t exactly at the top of the most liked list to find an agent like Matt. After applying for the property I was accepted the same day, with no issue, absolutely seamless. Thank you Matt, you took the anxiety out of rental inspections.

'Out͏ of the box' customer service I recently sold my house in Marrickville after 30 years. The service I received from Gerber Real Estate and particularly Nicole was exceptional. Nicole knows the market and the marketing plan was spot on, including the need to furnish the house to show it off at its best. Nicole was at all times professional in her dealings with me, as was her staff. Being a former journalist, for me the most important element of Nicole's service was communication, communication, communication. She kept me in the loop at all times of the marketing campaign providing feedback she had received and building that into her realistic approach to the sale. On the day of the auction, she again proved her professionalism through her flexibility. My house sold a few days after the auction for more than I expected. It's often said that real estate agents and journalists are at the bottom of the pile! But this is definitely not true in my experience. I fully understand why Gerber Real Estate has been awarded agent of the year for their area for 2022. I could not ask for more from Nicole, although if I had I am sure she would have delivered.
