Restaurant Manager/Head Chef, Domenic Martino, started his apprenticeship 17 years ago and has since worked as a Head Chef in some of Adelaide’s most reputable restaurants. Dom’s passion is to create rustic Italian dishes, using high quality produce in every dish.
Owner Domenic (Mick) Romeo, brings with him 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including time spent working in restaurants in southern Italy where he learnt and mastered the true art of traditional Italian pizza. Mick’s friendly and professional approach creates a classic Italian cantina atmosphere within the Adelaide Hills.
Our menu has been designed for the discerning who are searching for more than just your average meal. Apart from all this, it is not just about owning a restaurant in Hahndorf but also becoming a part of the Adelaide Hills community.
