We really enjoy coming here, park car and make your way with the family to the waters and sand for a simple outing! Closest we have to a beach in our area and it does the job then travelling an hr to a beach ‍haha! Sometimes there is alot of rubbish, but we walk up and down the side walks of the water and pick up the rubbish and clean to the best of our ability. We’ve enjoyed our stay and the kids love the ducks too!!!!!
The RUBBISH is every where there's only 4 bins at the parking lot and no seats or ru bish bin around the path or Beach. It's very sad. Called reserve? Can be beautiful place but people and council do not respect it.
Just a great place to take a walk along the river .on other side of lake there plenty of gym equipment
Open area with some trees. Path to river. Nothing else.
The air is fresh and peaceful
