If you’re looking for a high-end ambiance along with celebrity pampering I highly recommend you look elsewhere! This salon is a no nonsense, quick dash in, slap on, that will do attitude. The staff stand around speaking to themselves. The facility was anything but stunning and modern. If it’s chemicals you want- there’s plenty on offer for your hands and feet. There are no vegan, animal friendly products here people. However there are at least 1000 colours for your choosing if you like painted nails. Lastly the name Gentle Nails - no it WAS NOT GENTLE!
Absolutely loved the nails I got : Thankyou so much! Perfect shape, asked me the questions to make sure I am happy!! I’m in love with these sets!! Definitely come back. beautiful
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SALON!! Went in there for a manicure and as soon as I walked in all the staff looked me up and down like I was some monster. Definitely didn't feel welcomed and I was only 5 seconds in. Got sat down and my nail tech came and started on my nails. No "hello" no "welcome" just a "what do you want on your nails". Really rough on my nails, she could see I was flinching and asking her to go gentle and she just simply ignored me. Didn't even do her job right. She pushed back my cuticles and painted over the top of the half pushed back cuticles. The staff members only talked to each other in their own language and didn't talk to any of the PAYING customers. Charged me $30.00 for a horrible job that I know a blind 2 year old could do better. My nails look horrible. Didn't even say goodbye to me as I walked out. Just told me to "get up and leave". This is so embarrassing for a salon to act. Staff so rude. Horrible job on nails. Over priced. What a joke. DON'T GO HERE.Service: Manicure
All I wanted was French tip acrylics which is simple and took my 3 times for her to know what I was talking about then she stuck the nail on to close to the tip now they will break easy and wont be able to get refills as my nail when it grows will show. The whole time I was in there they all spoke in their language which NO ONE likes as it's rude as hell.Service: Acrylic nails
Not quite sure about all the negative reviews. It’s a small store that’s cosy and comfortable. I came there with nails I had done at Perfect nails morley in the morley market. They were rushed, thick and started to crack. She sat me down and we did a refill. It took her around 35 minutes to get all the product off. She was calm and patient and took her time. She double checked I was happy with the length and the French tip nails. They ended up looking beautiful, smooth, even and flat. I am definitely coming here again and I was happy to pay $60 for the amount of time and professionalism she shared. Please do come here.Services: Callus removal
This place was horrible worst nail place been to ever they filed down my cuticles, so hardly, they were peeling I paid over $50 to get the worst nails I have ever gotten, the service was the worst and when I said I did not really like the nails to the lady said “are you joking me” and stormed out of the salon. My nails are so ruff looking I’m embarrassed to show them to people the staff here would not say any hellos or welcomes they just said “sit down” and when they finally came to do your nails they would just say “ what do you want “ if you want horrible embarrassing nails for a horrible price. THE WORST! I wish I had read the reviews before I went, my friend also told me you should’ve ask me first. So I went there to get acrylic nails, and the nail tech was literally filling my skin, and every time I pulled my finger away she looked at me and said “it’s not that scary”, then went on to speak her language with her colleague and both started laughing. My fingers are in so much pain from all the filling and after all this my nails look terrible, thick and unaligned. Never going back again.Service: Acrylic nails
My experience was excellent, the lady did a great job on my nails, bite my nails and they were orribile, I had done a full set of acrilic, natural look, and it turn out very natural. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS, DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!! I usually go elsewhere, however was short on time and all I wanted was refills. Probably the worst nails I’ve ever had. They were all different shapes and sizes. When I politely asked the nail tech to keep filing into shape, as the shapes were so disfigured, she laughed then huffed and puffed at me. Not only were the shapes different and lengths uneven, the acrylic is uneven and the colour is lumpy. I asked for a third coat of colour to help even it out and even that seemed too hard. In the end, I gave up on politely asking the nail tech to fix her faults, I sat in silence and let her finish. By the end, she was rushing me out the door. I paid $50 and she realised she ‘undercharged’ me and requested I pay a further $5! I came home and spent half an hour having to file and reshape my nails to make them look even half decent. Will never set foot in this salon again. Absolutely disgusting experience!Services: Pedicure
