I have been dealing with Genesis Insurance Brokers since 2009 through the company I work for.  Genesis handles all the company’s insurance needs – products liability, professional indemnity, travel, building and contents, motor vehicle, landlord, to name a few.  The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.  They are easy to talk to and happy to help with any question I may have.  Nothing is too hard.  

Every experience  I have had with Genesis has been positive.

This business has incredibly rude staff. I was hung up on twice, and when I called to ask what was going on and find out who I could make a complaint to, I was hung up on again.

It took me 3 phone calls just to get their complaints email to send through information about what had happened.
