Avoid this firm. They will take your money, then never deliver and ignore your emails.  I engaged Kurt Falkenstein at General Standards for a simple 1-page terms of service. I was told it would be delivered in a few days. It’s been 8 weeks now and we haven’t seen a single piece of work + our emails are being ignored.  We’ve had to open a complaint with the Victorian Legal Services Board. Don’t make the same mistake as us…
