Re dr Chen. Finds an intelligent person a threat to his standing as a MD. Will decide what you should have regardless of side effects.or previous recommendations. Not recommended if you want to be in charge of your own health

Don't see Dr Stranks, she's patronising and dismissive, doesn't do her job properly at all

I'd like to highly recommend Dr. Paul Bolton. Dr. Paul is an attentive, communicative and respectful doctor that can provide accurate health advice on several matters. The University Health Practice is also very good and I have always been well-treated.

the tongue of the two asian lady at the front desk are rude,but the doctor I seen was nice and helpful.

Unprofessional and disorganised. This is the faulty towers of medical practices.

I’ve had generally very positive experiences with this practice. I’ve seen a number of doctors, mostly Dr Cranwell and Doctor Bolton, both of whom have been friendly and thorough on all occasions. Sometimes appointments can run late, but I don’t mind waiting for a bit when I know I am going to get good service!

I went a few weeks ago and Dr Chen is probably the nicest doctor I've ever had. He's knowledgeable, kind, and listens attentively. Thanks Dr Chen!
