Had such a great experience at this store! Ryan and Bianca were so welcoming and kind. Helped me out with everything I needed to find and we’re so kind and lovely with a great sense of humour. Definitely will be back for the next outfit:
Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had at general pants. I went in store to exchange a pair of jeans that I’d bought online, and wasn’t even greeted at the door, then the staff had the audacity to question whether or not I’d paid for the item after I’d stated twice I had. Did not even offer a bag, but instead rudely said they were $2. Didn’t even try to make small talk. Normally love going in store, staff are always friendly and ask if I need help but won’t be coming back to chermside.
Most vile customer service. I am all for letting people shop in peace but if you are getting paid double rates and both team members can’t even say hello to me when I enter the store or talk to me the whole time…. As someone who works in retail I am appalled I get the same pay rate as these 2 and try harder on a daily basis. Do better general pants
Walked in to buy a pair of shoes... no staff around at all. Did a full walk around the store and no one came out. I could see the shoes I wanted but just walked out. You don’t deserve my money.
Went into the store today to buy new clothes for an upcoming holiday. Told myself and my friend not to pick out clothes to try on unless we were serious about buying as they ‘don’t have time to put it away’, then she proceeded to counter and relayed story to another staff member and they both began to shake their heads at us. Highly unprofessional and intimidating. Therefore decided not to purchase items.

On Monday morning I visited this store looking for some denim shorts. The two girls working were amazing! They went over and above to help me find the shorts I wanted; they search other stores, attempted to have them shipped, turned the sore upside down haha, they even held my baby boy while I tried some on! Honestly they were lovely and deserve a pay rise : xo
Exceptional customer service. Girls who are just cool around mens fashion. Constructive and informative. Very cool and lax environment. Products a touch exy but the customer service and layout of the store and change rooms definitely build value so price is very justified.
I came here on black friday and there was 30% off everything which was great. staff were friendly too. I like how they have clothing & accessories but also gifts like books and candles.
Went in on a Sunday with a faulty product and the two guys working were awesome. Gave me a great experience and left the store happy. Felt looked after
