I had seen previous reviews however the Cafe is now under new management and worth a visit. A great breakfast, great coffee, great service. We had the breakfast gnocchi generous bacon, perfectly poached egg, soft gnocchi and the middle eastern baked beans . Plenty of parking and well fitted out interior. On a nicer day would be good to use the outdoor area.
Lovely meal with great service and a lovely atmosphere. The dinner menu is varied has some nice choices. We enjoyed visiting for the first time and our meals of chicken and steak were just right. While we didn't have burgers ourselves the ones we saw being delivered to other tables looked magnificent. We will return to try these out for lunch one day soon!
Thoroughly enjoy coming here and do so regularly. At least 75% of the time, service is lovely. Occasionally I feel a bit unwelcome and like a burden on the staff- maybe it was just a bad couple of days? Food here is always generous and delicious, as is the tea/coffee. Don’t always take pictures but seem to have a lot of them . Yet to explore the dinner or other drinks menu but will have to add it to my list.
So this is the first Gemelli Cafe Grill meat club. What an amazibg night with amazing food and so affordable. Can wait for the next one. Don't miss out!
Lovely setting for a suburban cafe, using padre coffee beans, but left with an underwhelming experience. We ordered the chicken burger and the baked middle eastern eggs. Sadly the baked eggs came out cooked on the outside but raw on the inside egg whites were clear. The burger looked fancy and enticing, but ended up being all show, no go. Sauce was flat and unbalanced, and the bacon was generous but salty. Also the service was lacklustre and inattentive. So much potential in this cafe, hope it improves
A little noisey and not exactly cosey or intimate, but it's close to my bff's place of work and since I live on the other side of Melbourne it's a great place for us to grab lunch, coffee and have a great catch up. I always come on an empty stomach as I find that if we each have a coffee and burger we can't actually finish the small chips we are sharing.
AMAZING DELICIOUS FOOD. Staff are very friendly. Food is sooooo fresh. Lovely atmosphere. Only down side is it's a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for
Great burgers, great service. Had the senor bean, friend had donut burger. The Italian herb fries are to die for. Plenty of seating all around!
Our table waiter was awesome. Had their milkshake as well. So delicious!
Establishment and people who work there are nice. But they need to have a qualified coffee maker. One of the worst coffees I've had.
