Solid joint and their HQ is beautifully done - ample space to chill and hang and enjoy the gelato. Also attached to their Erin restaurant and Shadow Baking arm. Parking is a bit hairy around the area though as their carpark can get busy at peak times! Lots of merch to buy too!
Sorry Boys ….I always appreciate when the food doesn’t come out super fast sign of quality and freshness and I fully understand sometimes kitchen can get slammed and to be waiting 20:25 minutes for the food to arrive , But 40+ minutes for a sausage muffin is a bit to much,Unacceptable !
Excellent place with friendly staff. I really love how the staff writes on their coffeee cups. Really put a smile on my face. Will definitely return.
While we were there, the girl at the counter spent around 15 minutes chatting with other customers. I don’t know what they were talking about, but there were around 30 people waiting in line. Even though it was already our turn, it still took another 15 minutes to take our order. Because of this, I’m giving 1 star. I suggest reminding your staff that everyone’s time is valuable.
Had a Tiramisu and Hazelnut gelato. Absolutely beautiful. Place was packed with families. Luckily it wasn't too busy when we were here
