I am so happy that i decided to try them out today. They've been pretty much 23 years in the business, so they know what they're doing! LolnI tried boysenberry, strawberries, and cream and black velvet. My most favourite flavour was the black velve. The amalgamation of cheese and black velvet cake has been on my mind since. It'll be the reason for me to go there again.nThey are located on the main strip of Malvern. The store is noticeable because of their coloured pattern logo. I noticed people taking the gelati tubs, which were beautifully placed in their signature boxes.nAs usual, there was a line of people looking forward to trying the flavours. So come along and join the line too.
I had an amazing experience at Messina Ice Cream! Lucina was so sweet and welcoming—her warm hospitality made the visit even better. She surprised us with biscuit she baked herself, which was such a thoughtful touch. The ice cream itself was absolutely delicious and lived up to its great reputation. A big thank you to Lucina and the team for making our visit special. Highly recommend this place for both the ice cream and the incredible service!
Been a fan of Messina since 2014. The consistency of their flavour has not changed. Most flavourful gelato in town period. Unlike some other places it’s mostly just sugar, their flavour really comes out. Like the fact that they produces their own milk and nuts, etc. have yet to find a better gelato place in Melbourne thus far
Delicious gelato with variety of flavour options and interesting flavors combination. Always looking forward to having their specials flavours. Shout out to Ariana for her attention to small details, looking after her customers and still being bright and super lovely at 9pm.
One of the most amazing icecream I've had in Melbourne. They are transparent about their ingredients, the scoops are satisfactory and most importantly, the flavours are supreme. I tried a double scoop of Pistachio Praline and Chocolate Fondant. Believe me, if you're a Pistachio lover, Pistachio Praline I'd amazing, a must try.
