Good ice cream place. Gelatissimo has been here a few years. Open through winter, making a good late night coffee spot. Sorbets and Ice Cream are always a great treat for your mental health
Good scoops, good sizing, staff are lovely. The ice cream is very sweet even the fruity sorbets which isn't as refreshing, however this place is ALWAYS packed especially Friday-Sunday evenings
Hi team Went to Balmain store was absolutely horrible got 2 milk shakes and an ice cream cup. My daughter and husband both said milk tasted off and my ice cream had no flavour was so disappointed waste of $30 All 3 items went in the bin
Quality of ice cream is amazing especially choc brownie and cookie dough decadent location and service great just scoops size compared to some other top places is just average size otherwise great experience ! Thinking

I had the mint choc chip and the choc chip ice cream in a cup. It was ok. The gelato was of ok quality. I felt a bit ripped off because of the price. I felt as if the cups were too small in comparison to the volume of gelato given. Next time, for a more pleasurable eating experience, it would be nice to have larger cups with the same amount of gelato. The server was nice and attentive. Would only come here if I was desperate for gelato and in the area.
The advantage of this store is that they closed later than others. Extra shot long black still taste like water, I don’t know what’s meaning of asked extra at here. ice cream is fine, too sweet at the end of the taste,service is cool.
I’ve been to this Gelatissimo many times but still in love with it. The customer service is extremely over beyond and ice cream flavors are beautiful. Shout out to “ Trish”, her best customer service is always exceptional. Definitely a place to enjoy my dessert & the services.
Maybe it's the way these chains manufacture the product but this is closer to ice cream than Gelato. The service was so so, portion sizes so inconsistent and I didn't appreciate one staff member out the back in clear view squeezing zits on his face while handling the product.. There is a much better Italian, home made gelato shop on darling st called Darling Gelato... Better quality, better pricing, nicer service an consistent portions.... No free zits either..
