Lots of great vegan flavours and the cone is vegan friendly too! The girl who served me was so nice and patient whilst I was deciding what to choose. I highly recommend the green apple as it’s so refreshing!
Been here once 4 years back during the winter, been here again after the lockdown. The same ice cream at the same location! Conveniently located at the entrance/ exit of the ferry. Service is prompt and friendly. Tried chocolate mint flavour but wasn't satisfied this round...may need to try some other combination...
Love this gelato but the wait was too long for me to buy any today. When I got to the front of the queue, they started serving people who arrived after me, because there's no visible queue set up. When I got closer to the front I could see why the staff were so slow to serve customers; all the staff are struggling to scoop the gelato with those paddle things. I know that may be the traditional way to go, but your staff are struggling with them. Give your staff normal ice cream scoops and they can get their work done faster, serve more people and you won't miss out on those customers that want to grab a quick cone before the ferry leaves.

I was the only one with kids waiting to be served so hard to miss or mixup. We waited patiently but people who arrived after us kept getting served before us. My kids raised hands, I did, but we kept getting ignored. Asked the tall Asian guy if we were standing at the right end of queue, he nodded and then went on to serve others. Even my kids noticed and said, why he keeps ignoring us.Finally one sweet girl served us after another mum with kids arrived. Given a choice would never go back.
Came here cause Anita's line was around the corner. I ordered a milkshake with two scoops and it was basically just drinking milk. I took one sip and threw it away. I was very disappointed and it felt like a waste of money. They fill up the blender half way with milk and put two small scoops of ice cream. Gave an extra star because the staff was very nice.

Had issues with the loyalty program for a while now, today was the last straw. There's 5 other gelato places in Manly.... plenty of better options.
OK ice cream. Too sweet, unfortunately. And not the nicest location to actually enjoy. But lots of foot fall, so good for business.
If i was able to rate -100, I would do it without any hesitation and without thinking twice. Waited in the first queue for more than 15 minute for a single cup of ice-cream, everyone was getting served behind us except us. Even I raised my hand twice to seek atention from the staffs, they were just unknown of serving customer. I Left after waiting for more than 15 min infront of 3 staffs, raising hand and looking around to get my turns come. Would never recommend any visitors. I feel angry but at the same time, I feel sad for the business owners to put on such an irresponsible staffs..
