Staff were polite and friendly. I haven't had all the food, but I can certainly say the chocolate brownie sunday was fantastic. Will be going back for sure to try other things on the menu.
Since 8 napkins opened next door I can see a lot of people coming in here to get there after dinner sweet tooth fix. The ice cream are all unique flavours , nice and creamy so I can kinda understand the 5 dollar single scoop in a cup and kinda can't. I find it a tad expensive personally buy since it isn't a everyday occurance its not to much of a problem, place generally has a booth free. Perfect for breakfast waffle with ice cream too. Have a takeaway service which is ok, its hard to do the whole ice cream with hot waffle takeaway because it doesn't seem to last the drive home.
Had three goes getting takeout here Every time we have to ask for a lid on the container Even though the Uber driver doesn’t have to ask No waffle baskets this time which ok things happen but the staff are so sour and rude Great ice cream but sadly won’t go back

Have spent more money than I care to admit on these waffles over the last few weeks since I tried them. Always so delicious and well made. Lovely, friendly staff too.

I am honestly very very disappointed in our visit to this store yesterday, so disappointed I left very angry , and it really sucks to because I'm a family of 6 and every 2nd weekend I get off work and no matter what we ALWAYS go to Gelare on a Sunday to get our family favourite, it's like it's our ritual to go every 2nd Sunday and we spend any where between $45 - $80 per visit and why??? Because you guys are the best we love it.....but yesterday we ordered 3x sundaes and 1 take away sorbet, anyway last mi Ut e we asked to have ours all take away as we had something pop up last minute, that was fine, but to open our sundae and 80% of our sundae was whipped cream 5x thinly cut strawberries was very disappointing if I wanted nothing but whipped cream I would of went to Coles and brought 1 for $5.00. Never have I ever EVER had a sundae with 1 tiny scoop of icecream and 80% whipped cream. U have a look at your display sundaes not even the display 1z look like that....absolutely disappointing and have definitely lost a loyal customer will not recommend this store to anyone
