These vets are the most beautiful people!! They cared for my 12 year old dog Rosie after she was attacked by another dog. Not only did they tend her wounds but her mental state also and they seemed to really enjoy meeting her and getting to know her. They were very kind to me and the state I was in after the incident. They took the time to explain everything to me and ensure that rosie and I would get through her recovery. Thank you all so much for looking after us!

Thanks you so much for looking after my cat Pixie who I bought in Australia Day Eve with panting and wobbly legs. Although we never found out what the problem was, with your great care by morning she was back to being a "naughtie tortie". Now at home you wouldn't know anything had gone wrong. Thank you to the lovely vets and nurses who cared for her. xx

Very good and very helpful people :-) Our dog was lost and found and I'm giving them the best credits because even it was Christmas day still they are working very hard to keep our best friends happy and safe :-) Well done!!!!

Very unhappy with the events that happened when we took our sick 10 week old puppy to this clinic on the weekend. Upon attending, the vet on duty at the time gave us options to either take our puppy home and monitor him or leave him in for observation and further oxygen that was required. As we weren't the experts we thought we were being guided by a professional and opted to leave him in for observation etc. After 2 updates from said Vet he could not give us any idea about what the issue was only that our puppy was not doing well once taken out of the oxygen cage. He twice told us that our puppy's chest was fine so it was the upper respiratory that was possibly the issue. After the last update he then said that chest xrays were most likely going to be required! We then attended the hospital to see our puppy only to be told that there would be a half hour wait! Once we finally got to see him almost 1 hour later, we were advised that he should be kept in until 6pm that night, meaning another 5 hours, I asked for us to be able to take him out of the oxygen tank and sit with us to make the decision as to whether we wanted to leave him there or take him home. Once he was out of the oxygen tank he straight away fell asleep in my arms and his breathing was absolutely fine and normal! After 1/2 hour of sitting in the consultation room with him just to be sure, he was bouncing around like there was nothing wrong with him. So we leave the hospital with our puppy and a $900 bill which we feel was to some part COMPLETELY unnecessary. Our Breeder could provide more information than this place, which is extremely disappointing. I will say one good thing about this hospital which is Vet Jen, she was absolutely lovely to deal with and knew more about what was going on than the other Vet! All in all, I am sorry to say but I would not recommend this animal hospital after our experience.
