Have had to deal with this company a number of times and all times have been extremely frustrating. I had an expensive Xmas present go through a third party delivery company, then onto these guys and had no contact whatsoever about where my parcel was and where to collect it from since they made absolutely no attempt to deliver! I had to get in touch first to figure out where the hell it went, then told it couldn’t be delivered since they don’t deliver to commercial areas. Today, I rang Gee Transport to be left on hold for 10 mins, still no response so I went to the depot to pick up my parcel that was ‘out for delivery’ on Thursday last week. The assistant was very quick to cut me off with ‘ummm did you get a call’ etc and make it seem like an inconvenience when she realised my parcel was sitting at the bottom of their cage, not being delivered and NO notification of where to pick it up from, or why it hadn’t been delivered. The lack of communication is embarrassing and I cannot believe how poor the service is. There is no excuse for poor service when people pay money for express shipping and DELIVERY, to then have to go and grab the parcels ourselves. If you can’t be bothered delivering, don’t be a delivery company!
First gee couriers lost my parcel - only delivering to Foster . After being on the phone for quite a while trying to locate it ? It arrived on the 22nd the last delivery day. The gift was smashed-. How did it get in that condition ? We should be compensated… My daughter sent u photos of the gift - it was bubble wrapped. No supervisor call back - I can see you do not care about your business !!! DO NOT USE THESE COURIERS !!!
I've read the reviews. I had a great experience, the lady who served me was kind and supportive despite my package being redirected. This is not their fault as the shop I bought it from deemed it necessary as it was considered high risk. It wasn't concealed and would of been easy to steal. Bit of a drive, I'm sure it could of been left at near by post office but that's on me as I didn't update delivery as they had emailed me that this may happen.
Most incompetent unprofessional courier Service I’ve ever encountered. Rude employees, refusing to complete deliveries they have been paid for and with holding goods unless you pick them up from there depot. Not sure how this company is still in business.
I had to ship a 70kg item from Morwell Victoria to Sydney, just 2 days before Christmas. Gee Transport was a great solution. They were courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The tracking site showed the progress and the Sydney depot called me as soon as it had arrived. A really great experience.
