If it were possible to leave less stars I would. Our experience was appalling overall, from bad customer service and lack of communication, to a $600 vet bill for a paw cut on a badly installed fence. Not to mention lack of accountability. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

EDIT: So now they're saying my dog was 'trying to get at' another dog. Interesting. First mention of this is in response to a negative review. Very different to the events you gave us in writing. Happily passed to our solicitor.

EDIT 2: Now you're saying he damaged the fence. Again, screen caps are very helpful when people keep changing their story.

Gold Coast Pet Resorts took a huge stress off my shoulders when they helped me book in and settle my puppy Rose at the last minute.  Every effort has been taken to make sure Rose and myself are comfortable and happy. My puppy has gone from fretting and only allowing pats from me, to being happy to see the staff.  She also plays now with other dogs, appropriately.  The staff have put so much love and and productive effort into ensuring that the animals have a good, safe experience.  
Being a wolfhound X, Rose is a very large puppy. I am so impressed that she has been fed appropriately to her age, size and growth. I have never had my animals boarded and maintain a good weight. She is not too slim, nor putting extra weight on her bones. I visit her every day and she is always happy and energetic with a shiny coat and new friends.
The staff always have a new story about Rose and genuinely seen to love all the animals at boarding. The whole experience (that I dreaded) has now turned happy and positive for both Rose and I.
I will definitely continue to use GC Pet Resorts in the future.

Our pup Coco stayed for 1 week with the girls & guys at GC Pet Resort Currumbin. I was a little nervous at first as we have never left her here before. Whilst we were away the staff gave updates on how our pup was going with the other dogs/ staff. She has come home happy, looks well & smells nice and clean- we know she has been well looked after! We will have her stay again, thanks guys!

By far the worst kennels ever. My dog stayed there some time ago, and when I picked her up she was shaking and covered in her own feaces and urine. Avoid at all costs. They employ young kids who clearly have no compassion for animals!

Got a response of 'don't even know who you are'. If you recall you gave me a full refund because you agreed the stay was well below par. You should know if you check your outgoing payments from several months ago.
