I live in Brisbane and I get my hair cut here because I feel good about this place. The people are all great and professional. Reasonably priced and I've gotten my hair coloured before. It was excellent I cannot complain about the service the product or the prices. Don't believe all the bad reviews this place is amazing. Would recommend to anyone who asks! Riverlink

One star is too much for this place for staff & experience. First time i needed to have hairline retouched was after a few days as greys weren't covered properly after paying over $154 i needed to go back, very inconvenient and made excuses and i do use their products. The second time 6 weeks later after paying $137 for color of greys only on hairline small amount of regrowth not even all over color i needed to go back 6 days later as greys showing from temple & hairline. The manager stated to me "oh your back again" i asked for my money back & was told no. So i went back to get hair fixed to the manager being rude & the colourist ignoring me. I was told i asked for a lighter color & other excuses were given to make it my fault. I was treated appallingly by both as when you pay they are all over you coffee, mags & spoken to politely. I was completely ignored left with black on my head for an hour no one came near me. When hair washed was left with black on forehead & side of face of which i have photos. I was left walking out door with wet hair as well even though i paid first time for hair to be dried. Worst place i have ever been to never again makes you feel as though their incompetence is your fault. There happy when you pay & charge you full price for half hearted job.

WORSE HAIRDRESSER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!... I went in to have a cut,colour & up style for an event I had to go to had an appointment for 1.30pm ( might I add the women knew what I was coming in to get done so would take some time) it took them 40 mins before they even started... long story short I walked away with an ugly hair colour nothing like I wanted hair cut nothing like I wanted and no up style due to runny out of time! Also they had the nerve to blame me for not allowing enough time I allowed 3 1/2 hours and this terrible rude experience coast me over $334!!! Never go here!!!

Absolutely disgusted...my daughter took my 12yr old son in for me as I am unwell . She asked for his very curly hair to be thinned out all over the head and to keep the length ...they trimmed his fringe and took length off the back (which they were told not to)and the rest is just sticking out everywhere . His fringe has a square look to it because they didn't trim and thin out around his ear . It looks like an elderly ladies hairdo ...not good for a pre-teen ... $17.50 for that ....not good enough. Oh and they don't answer their phones or check messages to make call backs it seems 🤔😑😒😧😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
