My removal company recommended Gateway Storage so I stored a variety of household items there over 14 months. Everything, including soft furnishings, returned home in good condition. The complex is well managed and maintained. Acess is easy, security is good and the owners communicate well with their customers. Gateway Storage is handy to the motorway ramps at Silverdale, so is ideally placed if you are travelling north or south.
I rented a unit at Gateway Storage for about 15 months. They are good to deal with and would recommend them without hesitation. The unit was dry and with good access.
We can highly recommend the Gateway Storage facility. Graham & Kerry provide a great family friendly service and communications from them were always very efficient. Easy access to the units and appropriate hours of use were other attractive features. The storage unit allowed us to de-clutter our house and we achieved a great sale price. Thanks guys.
Thank you Gateway Storage for a wonderful facility to store all of our items for our Christmas Shoebox Appeal. It was nice to have a clean, dry area and the trolleys to transfer our donated goods. We stored most of our furniture and household goods with Gateway Storage for about 7 weeks. We felt very secure in the knowledge that our belongings were safe as Graham and Kerry seem to have a very comprehensive security system in place. On the few occasions we needed to access our storage unit after business hours, we had no problem getting in with our keycard. Kerry and Graham were both very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Gateway Storage to others.
I have used Gateway Storage in Silverdale from 2016. I ran a Print Management Company, including hi value promotional items that required security storage. This was vital to my business as previously items went missing and I was responsible for our clients stock, any damage or loss was at my cost. I worked from home in Orewa so the proximity of Gateway was ideal. I selected Gateway as they were a family business well run, undertook superior security processes, access was 7 days a week between 6-00am to 10-00pm that suited me for urgent despatches at a time convenient to me. The premises were always clean and provided a variety of trolleys to assist their clients. When arriving your specific key automatically removed the security and on departing engaged the security. I enjoyed the benefits of using an establishment that provided personal service through the owners of the business rather than a national company with a local Manager. Graham & Kerry Law were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was any trouble to them. I have retired and moved out of Auckland, but would recommend Gateway to any prospective person.
A pleasure to deal with Graham and Kerry at Gateway Self Storage. Great communication and efficient service. Security system is user friendly and very safe. We stored the contents of our 5 bed house here for 8 months with no problems at all. Would definitely recommend this facility for all sizes of storage requirements.
We have used Gateway Storage for more than two years since we first moved into the district. It is well run and I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a storage facility.
As Christmas approached, we vacated our large, four bedroom Gulf Harbour home and shifted into a motorhome while we went on the road to search for where we would buy next. It was not without its challenges. Fortunately, one aspect which releived a heap of potential stress was discovering Gateway Storage. Meeting one of the owners on our first visit and receiving much good advice on what sort of storage unit we would need, removed what could have been an otherwise stressful experience. Gateway is such an excellent facility; very secure, safe, a huge variety of different sized units and all contained within a building. Add or remove items, any time of day with the pass key and you can drive right in so you need not even worry about the weather at the the time. We were very happy with the rates, even getting a refund when we finally moved out. We have no hesitation in recommending Gateway Storage. It is without a doubt the best storage facility we have had the good fortune to use.
I've had my personal items in storage for approx. 4 years with Gateway while I lived abroad. I've always found the owners to be very helpful and easy to communicate with. They provide trolleys to help transport the items through the storage. I have a lot of textiles and even after such a long time, none have any mould or damp problems. The place is well lit, has a huge elevator, ample parking space and toilet facilities too. I highly recommend using this company.
