We came looking for somewhere to rent while we found a new house, they told us they no longer had rentals they where all to buy so I approached the sales lady Wendy without drama brought me to have a look at the new villas going up I fell in love immediately and put a deposit straight down and glad to be here with the new neighbours and others and I also wanna make heard the management made special allowance for me and I am so grateful.we love it thanks Wendy, Malcolm and Caleb and boys for allowing me to spend the rest of my life with you guys.

Nice and clean grounds and friendly residents make Gateway a relaxing visit

First time I was at this caravan park the people running the place was very ordinary in 2010 but this has changed with better persons running the place since. My return visit in 2011 and 2013 were much better and more helpful from Staff and people running the place. The rooms are quite adequate to survive with showers and TV in the rooms plus microwave oven. Thumbs up now to this place.

Really good neighborhood

A real must see the new Community Center, Swimming Pool & Bowling Green are absolutely amazing.

Great place to live very friendly

A work in progress with new facilities just added - swimming pool & bowling green - and to be added - BBQ area, Men's Shed, possibly more. Activities planned and organised by residents. Homes are small and close together but are perfect for the singles or couples who don't want a big yard to look after and want company. Suits retirees and singles.

Very clean, modern and well maintained.

Gateway is a over 50 village. Nice & peaceful &quite village
