Two of us ordered 4 dishes: fried fish cake, cashew nut chicken, seafood tomyum soup, fried rice sticks. They are all very well presented with strong and nice aroma, alive colours and good taste. Plus, prices cheap, more than reasonable. After finished, we realized we forgot to take some photos. The food were so delicious we couldn't wait. We were very full and had a very good time. Strongly recommend! Second time to have our dinner. Food still amazing with friendly service. My first choice to have dinner in Katoomba.
Amazing service, beautiful food. Highly recommend! We were a group of 5 who couldn’t find a single booking in all of Katoomba, and this restaurant was more than accommodating to us. They are the only Thai restaurant in Katoomba open till 10pm. The soft shell crab with basil sauce was BEAUTIFUL! Their service was beautiful, staff was very friendly and recommended the mango sticky rice dessert, which was beautifully presented! Do visit!
Don't judge a book by its cover! A real hole in the wall type restaurant with typical old Thai decor with amazing food and friendly service. We enjoyed the entree banquet for 2, the red curry with beef and laksa with duck which is the pic I have attached
Easily the best Thai food we've EVER had. The 4 of us were so impressed, we ordered more to take home when we left. Awesome service, kind people. GO HERE. GO HERE EVERYDAY.
This place is an absolute gem! We ordered a variety from the menu, and all the food waa great! The staff was great and courteous and the chef was sooo amazing to us! Highly recommend this place!
Really, really bad. It took just under 2 hours for the delivery to arrive even after I made 2 phone calls. The food was over cooked, tasteless and cold so mostly went in the bin. The people seemed nice and apologetic. They gave me the delivery fee back but $5 refund for the experience didn't smooth things over. I am back to ordering from Thai Square.Their food is always fresh, tasty, delivered piping hot and quickly. Now having to cook dinner as I am really hungry and need something tasty. Will not give this restaurant a second chance. Perhaps it works better as a dine in place.
RACIST SERVER. Never given a bad review before so this is a first for me. The food was okay, but there was very little meat in the dish for the price. But that wasn't the issue. The customer service was very poor. No smile and a stern expression from the lady. It was obvious I was an inconvenience for her. The restaurant was empty so she wasn't exactly tired from being busy. I just assumed it was her way and left it at that. A white customer came in next and she bent over backwards with the hospitality. She practically did gymnastics with him. She was so lovely and chatty with him. : Then when I went to pay she went back to being nasty with me. Abrupt, rude, angry expression. Literally after 10 seconds of laughing with the white man. In conclusion, if you are white, you will have a good time and probably a good amount of meat in your meal. If you are brown like me, I advise you to keep away unlike you want a feeling of how the White Australia Policy must have felt. PS I am Australian born so the issue can only have been my skin. My English is fine.
Picked up a meal I ordered online. Food was ready when I arrived. This was a celebratory take away meal for my daughter. We were very disappointed and could not finish the meal. The Pad Thai noodles were dry and had a stale flavour. The meat in the spicy jam stir fry tasted old and had an odd pungent flavour. Pad Thai was oily and flavourless. I will not order food from here again.
Great food and we come back. Friendly atmosphere. Good service as usual. New dessert is so yummy. Mongo sticky rice. With ice cream. Green curry barramundi is a must try. Highly recommended Great location. On Main Street Reasonable price. Owner is very considerate, 4 of us they gave us extra piece of satay screwer to make one each. Love everything here. If you like Thai food here is the right place
Food was so delicious and staff was so much courteous. We had Sattay Chicken with Peanut sauce, Beef Massaman curry and Steamed rice. Chicken was so fresh and tender, Peanut sauce was so tasty, Beef in the curry was well cooked with good flavours. We really enjoyed the food after so tiring Ruined Castle Walk.
