We dropped by Garden State Hotel on a Monday night and loved its relaxed vibes. Our visit was even more enjoyable as we managed to snag a cozy table next to the fireplace.nnThey boast an impressive selection of cocktails, and I am a fan of its gin-based drinks. We ordered the Southern Fried Chicken and Salt & Pepper Calamari, which were full of flavour and great for sharing.nnIt's a great spot for after-work drinks with its convenient CBD location and buzzing atmosphere on Friday nights.
Really great place to hang out, great vibe and atmosphere!nThe vegan options I had were not great and wouldn’t recommend the broccoli Caesar salad. To make it a DFO, all the cheese and dressing is removed and not replaced, which left it as an overcooked cold broccoli and cos lettuce, tossed in a vinaigrette. It was bland and not worth the money.nThe flat bread was delicious but the pumpkin hummus made vegan removed the much needed creamy component that would make it tasty and it quite frankly just tasted like chunky cold pumpkin soup.nI would go back again for the vibe, but would probably just get the bread with no dip or bowl of chips and drink.
It's great place team events. The drinks taste good both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The starters taste good.the atmosphere is goodand the place is crowded.
Love their market fish & chips! Just scan QR on table, order & pay via mobile, fast and convenient!Quick food service during lunch! Awesome ambience! Crowd starts to build up around 5pm.
I had an unfortunate experience with another patron who had been inappropriate and I cannot thank the staff and security enough for such a professional response. It’s evident the venue has an action plan in place for dealing with these situations that is empathetic and respectful. The security and staff clearly care about creating an atmosphere that is safe, will definitely be back again!
