Westfield Mt Gravatt Garden City is one of the best shopping centres in Brisbane. It has an amazing variety of stores, from fashion and beauty to tech and groceries, all in one place. The centre is clean, spacious, and very well organised, making it easy to get around even on busy days.nnThe food court and dining options are excellent, with something for everyone, and parking is generally convenient and well managed. Staff across the centre are friendly and helpful, which really enhances the overall experience.nnWhether you’re doing a quick shop or spending the whole day there, Garden City is always a great choice. Highly recommend!
If you’re looking for a shopping centre that has literally everything, Garden City is your place. I’m convinced if you searched hard enough you could buy a toaster, a ballgown, a bonsai tree, and probably a llama adoption certificate. From vintage fashion to Myer, from higher-end boutiques to good old reliable Kmar, there really is something for every budget, mood, personality crisis and mid-aisle impulse decision.nnFootwear warning:nWear your good joggers this is not a flip-flop situation. You’ll do more steps here than on a 10k charity walk. My Apple Watch genuinely thought I’d taken up marathon training.nnAnd for the love of your sanity, take a photo of where you parked and which door you came through. I thought I was being clever until I realised Garden City is basically a maze designed by a mischievous architect who really wanted to test human resilience. I swear I passed the same donut shop five times. At one point I felt like Alice lost down the rabbit hole, except with more shopping bags and fewer talking caterpillars.nnBut in all seriousness?nGreat vibe, loads of food options, friendly staff everywhere, and enough stores to keep every member of the family happy and tired. Just prepare yourself for an adventure and maybe leave a trail of breadcrumbs behind you.nnWould I go back?nAbsolutely. Just… after a nap.
Good little shopping centre with lots of great shops ... probably the biggest in Brisbane. Has 2 nice food courts. No high end shops but has a the big ones like Big W, KMart, Target and Myers
Garden City Westfield is actually a well-designed shopping centre — not one of those massive layouts that make you walk from one end to the other just to show off how big they are while exhausting every customer. It has not just one but two solid food courts with a great variety. Sure, it doesn’t have luxury brands or David Jones, but it covers almost everything you need. And if you head to the cinema area at night — with the open plaza and surrounding restaurants — you’ll actually feel like Brisbane south has a bit of nightlife....
Was busy but had a good vibe, despite the closing of David Jones and Collettee. The outside food court is also a good spot to be able to eat. Be aware though, parking can be an issue, especially at this time of the year.
