Very friendly staff but my experience was that I submitted a contract on June 30 with terms and the conveyancing manager submitted an unaltered contract without our terms, which then was accepted reluctantly on the day without any face-to-face consultation with our lawyer.  Now, we are hit with additional payouts because of clauses.  Buyer beware: Meet your lawyers & do not allow your lawyer's office to submit an agreement without a face-to-face consultation or you live with the buyer's reject that we have today.  Good Luck.
