We dined here and had a lovely dinner. Food was absolutely delicious and well presented. Staff were lovely and friendly, and service was very fast. Ambience of the restaurant was perfect with the murals highlighted on the walls, and fairy lights in the ceiling. All in all a great dinner and would definitely recommend.

Had such a great experience. Food is delicious .  Friendly staff and very efficient. We had the crispy chicken dumplings, which tastes very similar to KFC batter, had the beef dumplings which is punches great flavour and their crispy eggplant was great. Overall great esthetic and would recommend highly.

We’ve been served with good quality food. I enjoyed every single bite of my dinner. The drinks the margaritas, we ordered two of them however are average.

Food, service and ambiance was excellent. Food were delicious and well plated. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely come back.

Our first date night in the new COVID levels was such a smooth experience thanks to the team at Gao. Previously it has been very busy and packed but with a mid week dinner we had a lovely quiet environment to enjoy our meal. The waitress was polite and friendly and was very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious with perfect flavour balancing and matching. Thanks for the great experience and we will be back again.

Best Asian Fusion out! It really is hard to know where to start…. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by an amazing urban chic Asian decor, followed by a warm greeting from the staff as you are seated. From the short ribs to the sticky aubergine, every dish hit the mark. The curry sauce over cauliflower and peking ducks roti with crispy duck was devine. Metro top 50 missed the mark with a number of their boring regulars that made it on in place of this.  Highly recommend for any foodie!

Food was really good, KFC baos lacked a bit in flavour, seafood pancake and crispy chicken dumplings was the highlight reasonably expensive but good quality food. Would go 4.5 stars if it was an option.

Instant booking system online. Great atmosphere and ambience. The decor is interesting in itself. Food is delicious and the flavours are mouth watering. The peking duck pancakes are a must have and the dumplings as well. We were too full for dessert, but the choices look appealing

We had dinner for four and chose the set menu with dessert. The food was amazing with plenty of choices.  We wouldn't do the dessert option again though as firstly we were pretty full and secondly the dessert did not present as value for the extra dollars spent. The service was top notch and the decor amazing. Going back in the new year  Parking: Limited parking near the restaurant however we did not have any trouble getting a park even with the restaurant reasonably full.
