Yummy Laksa at Malaysian food outlet and hot peanuts
Best fresh food markets in Canberra. Have been buying fruit and veg, deli stuff, meat and fish and lots of other stuff there for years. Also a great place to have a meal or drink at one of the many eateries. Has wonderful old school markets feel about it. If you haven't done so, check them out, you will not be disappointed.
This place is the best place for my fresh food needs. I like cooking Philippines food. They have everything I need. The chemist is also good. I like most shops and shop every week for my fresh food needs.
The book shop is so cool. I actually bought Sgt Pepper on CD in excellent condition for two dollars. No where else, lol.
Fluffy..if you don't want to eat...buy over priced soap...or do your shopping..go some where else and don't go their on a Saturday morning
Nicely renovated with a great array of food oriented shops. Prices are what you would expect. If you a after the more exotic range of foods then this place is a must . Great place to explore.
Great place to find International products that would not be sold in the other markets in Australia Woolworths,Coles,etc. The butchers and the food to purchase for consumption are great too
A great market. Mostly fresh food. Great retailers, few places for breakfast and lunch as well as excellent coffee choices. The butchers and delis, the fishmongers, as well as the bakery and fresh procuce outlets offer a great variety and quality with something for everyone. Open Thursday to Sunday. A must visit market.
