We stock the widest range of imported and locally made children's shoes available in New Zealand, including Nike, Skechers, Asics, Bobux, McKinlays and Adidas. Absolutely loves coming to the store to get shoes for kids - the lady was very helpful and spot on with her recommendations. My son was so happy with his shoes that I just have to bring my daughter in when its her time to get new shoes. Thank you very much. 6 stars out of 5 stars for excellent service.

Great selection of kids shoes, and knowledgeable staff who will measure your child's foot, then help you find the right sized shoe. I needed to return something that had a fault, and they returned it no questions asked. Very helpful!
Been shopping here for years for our daughters shoes. On our recent trip with all the recent dramas of lockdown we had a warm friendly reception and the service was excellent, as it has always been for us, despite there always being a queue of people waiting. Very popular shop and always great service. We will be shopping here for years to come.
Miss 2 loved her first visit to future feet. Super friendly and helpful service, which is fantastic as shopping with a toddler can be hardworking. Quickly established correct shoe size and very knowledgeable about best options. Very happy with the two pairs of bobux thanks.
Great shop, helpful staff & quality shoes
Rebecca was just amazing. Kind, patient and super knowledgeable and she could wrangle in my 3 year old - which was the cheery on top.
Very poor customer service. Been here to buy 2 shoes for my son in the morning time. One lady was there and she was on the phone. She even didn't say hello or ask for waiting. I said hello and was waiting in front of her but no any answereven didn't see me. I grabbed 2 shoes and called her but again no any answer. She was just on the phone until I left thereagain without any action or saying. Waste of my timeI was just waiting for more than 15 minutes and unhappy experience. I guess it's not the first time of their poor service as I read another review below. It's VERY BASIC customer service you MUST have.
Our first and last time at this shop. 3 shop assistants in the shop, only one helping, the other two fluffing about at the back. Didn't even get a 'hello' or 'do you need help' - basic customer service requirements. This is a shame because the girls at the Newmarket store were always very helpful and attentive.
