Bought our daughter a set of foils and deluxe pedicure for Christmas.  She goes in on Monday the 7th January, only to be given the wrong appointment time. Then after the so called service was completed, given a bill for an extra $26.00 after being given a hot towel,nails filed and painted (on the go pedicure instead) to offset the price. hair straightened  (with a GHD wow)  total charge for hair straightening, $16.00.
Rang the owner/manager this morning to ask about the extra cost, and rudely told that the $257.00 for a service did not cover the $26.00 for straightening.
Won't be back and definitely will not recommend.  Very unhappy EX-CUSTOMER
