Amazing Staff, Great service, and a very happy experience. Accommodation as described and no issues!!
In my stay for 2 weeks, the place is good, clean. We just have problem with the service the rubbish chute is locked and the washing machine was not working and i called everyday for almost 2 weeks. i complain until the last day i finish stay there no one come to fix. they say they will come. Im very disappointed for this matter.
I stayed in a 1 bed apartment in Glebe - it was so easy to deal with Dean and the team, would recommend to travellers looking for short stay accomodation.
Our apartment was super dirty, full of hairs and other kind of dirty from previous guests. Once we requested an extra clean, providing photos of the situation we found, they stated that this was not enough to justify an extra clean. Go otherwhere!!!!
