If I could I would give them a 0. Paid as they requested their fees up front but caused us more grief on top of our loss. Chris forgot to send the car to pick up my husbands mother on the day. I was burying my husband and she her only son. I decided to have postcards done after our initial consultation with Chris and they were not done for the day either he forgot those too but everyday I was on the phone to him and they too were paid up front. Very disrespectful towards me.
