I had a coil replacement appointment with Nancy and Lorenzo on the 24th of February, 2023. I had a bad experience in the past and was very scared. They were amazing! Nancy made sure I was comfortable and they both took good care of me. Thank you to both of you!
Ellie is really the best person to have helped me replace my arm implant. She removed all my fear, and made it the most calm procedure I have ever had. Ellie should really get a promotion to a higher position. You need people with TRUE empathy, kindness and patience to be in charge. I genuinely hope she sees this and knows how valued her service was, and how much of a great human she is.
Had an appointment pre booked 2 weeks before, super easy online booking process. Arrived and was checked in and seen within half an hour with no crowded waiting rooms. Nurses were so friendly, took the time to explain through the procedure and had answers to all my questions. A lot better than other clinics I’ve been to. Will definitely be using this clinic again.
My sister was experiencing a problem that the GP misdiagnosed. We visited this fantastic clinic where she underwent a series of tests and a visit. The swab this time was performed by a professional and the results released while we were waiting. The diagnosis of her condition was accurate and she is finally healed. Thank you for your invaluable support.
Absolutely the best clinic I have ever been to. I swear. I was given an appointment with the doctor and the same day I was given an appointment for a check-up. Super easy to get to the clinic, everything well signposted. The treatment was impeccable from the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor. They treated me great. Normally I am terrified of needles and the nurse was so careful and so kind that I didn't even notice it. No pain or discomfort at all. My first language is not English and they made sure that they explained everything well and that I understood.
Male receptionist called “IBE” should not be working and interacting with females, he patronized me and was really rude without even asking me any questions. Someone working in this kind of clinics should be more respectful and less condescending. The clinic should speak with him about how to manage his own judgment and respect women, because he completely treated man differently meanwhile I was there. However, the other young male receptionist who really was taking my appointment, until the other one interrupted us, was really kind and respectful.
Marcie the nurse is really sweet, thank you for your support! As for the staff at the door and reception: they really dont like what they are doing. Reception was really impatient and rude. I was just lost not knowing where to go cause they are no signs and the people at the door didnt know where I should go....even after all that unpleasant welcome, I went and waited upstairs and still was unsure if I was in the right place.
Dr and nursed good, receptionist is disgusting, unprofessional and very nosey. Too much attitude. She should not be working with people no manors. Get rid.
Came for IUD removal. Booked online. Doctor Gerald was the lovliest, he asked me so many questions and really took the time to explain all the options. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything else. Procedure was super fast and painless
Don't bother coming for contraceptive help, they probably know less than the GP, couldn't be bothered to listen to me, unempathetic and I had to keep repeating the point I was making. Kept chatting and giggling behind my back which was horrible when you're having intimate tests done. Waited two hours wish I had never come. GP would be better
