Don't. 10months since the fire, tenant has had no heating all winter, ac unit still not replaced, did not replace water soaked gyprock, carpets still not replaced, will have to spend thousands on engineers inspections once they finally hand back the house told them if they couldn't find a contractor in the yellow pages then they might like to go down to the local library and borrow a computer to google someone. Sent around carpet cleaners, was asked what had been done since the fire, I said welcome your it, he said "what nothing since the fire 8 months ago" and I said that's right your it. Do not use these people. Even Alliance told me I was a second tier client for using them. You'd be better to open a Bunnings account and do the repairs yourself. 10 months, and still not done. We're gone and taking our properties else where. Would not give them the steam of my ........! Just terrible. gave them 1 star but you can't give a minus. Ps All policies paid annually in advance. Is there an umbudsman for insurance companies will find out tomorrow. Property value approx $800k.
