I don't know how things are now since it has been about 10 years since I stopped being eligible for FY devices, but these people were amazing. Be patient with them and they WILL find you something - if not, they will put you onto someone who CAN :)

I had a friend who was seeking shelter and was basically told her chances of getting in are slim. Thus is fair enough as I understand there are many people who are homeless in Melbourne! ThE person she was speaking to also said he would give her a call when there was an availability BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN TAKE HER MOBILE NUMBER OR GIVE HER ANY PAPERWORK, THEY WERE VERY RUDE! No sympathy what so ever! The first time the two of us went, they took our details then we waited for 30mins to be interviewed then we were told to leave and come back tomorrow early in the morning for a chance of having a place to stay for the weekends. Then she is asked why are you here so early! BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD TO COME EARLY! I thought people who worked in this industry were kind hearted hmmm guess not:/
