Recently I presented to the Emergency Department having an asthma attack with Pneumonia. From the moment I arrived I received exceptional care and treatment.. the nurses and Drs were just wonderful not leaving my side for even a moment till I was transferred to ICU/CCU . The next day I was moved to Unit 1 staying 6 days . I would like to give a shout out to the wonderful caring and dedicated Nursing Staff and Dr Babar, so caring and thorough. Also a shout out to the Catering staff especially Lucy who is just a breath of fresh air, you guys are just amazing and I just wanted to thank you all for the amazing care I received whilst a inpatient.. Bundaberg is lucky to have such a wonderful Hospital- once again Thank you all so very much
Ny wife had cause to present to Emergency in Feb 25. No waiting No delay. Attended to by RN Jade who was exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. Also attended by Jack another RN who was also fantastic. Then seen by Dr Emika who was truly amazing, highly knowledgeable and professional especially with his quals in Emergency medicine. Cannot recommend the Friendlies any higher
I had a cardiac procedure today and everyone was excellent esp Tracy, Michelle and Dr Conradie. Professional, friendly, great communication - highly recommended. Thank you for looking after me.
My recent visit to hospital through emergency was 5 star. Thank you to the Dr and Nurses looking after me. Excellent service.
Today I was looked after extremely well. A Plastic Surgeon did a great job on my face even though one can't change perfectionlol. Terrific results and loverly bed side manner. Sandwich not bad too. See you all again soon, professional as usual.
