Injured my back at work and was recommended this place by a friend. Alex was very friendly, professional and knowledgable and got to work quickly to help me out. I felt better after the first appointment! Very honest and approachable physio, highly recommended!!
I started doing Pilates at Freshwater Physio about a month ago, and it has been brilliant! The reformer classes are small so you get a lot of attention, they tailor the exercise to suit you and you can work at your own pace. All the equipment is new and it's a very fun and friendly environment, I'd certainly recommend it!
