Nice gym, good location. 
Would be better if actually open during opening hours so that it could be used.
Otherwise very handy, short walk or ride to beach, coffee shops, etc.

Wonderful gym with a great atmosphere - I usually do the Pilates and yoga classes but when I did decide to branch out and try something new and different (like boxing) the trainers and members were very welcoming and supportive! Lovely experience, thank you 😊

Great gym, awesome staff :) and fantastic members! A great community to be a part of. The classes are fantastic, each week I do the Pilates and yoga. All the instructors and personal trainers have so much energy it makes my workouts much easier! I love the fact I can also get my supplants and Protien powder there :)

A fantastic gym with awesome staff and knowledgeable personal trainers. It heaps of space, excellent weights area, heaps of cardio machines, gym classes and functional training / stretch area. It also has a Creche and CrossFit Box. I have been a member since they opened and i love it!
