Very disappointing experience. I specifically asked for 3 full size 9 chickens cut into curry pieces, but the staff were too busy arguing with each other to pay attention. When I asked how many drumsticks are usually in 1 kg, the staff member rudely yelled, “I have no idea, kg means kg. It doesn’t matter what’s in it.” Completely unprofessional.nnThey didn’t take the time to cut the chickens fresh as I requested. Instead, they handed me pre-cut bags of chicken. When I got home and checked, I found that most of the meat was wings and a random mix of curry pieces. It was clear these were not proper full size 9 chickens, and the pieces were poorly cut, as if broken by hand.nnI would rather pay a little more elsewhere than deal with such rude service and low-quality product again. Absolutely not recommended. I will never shop there again.
Worst customer service! The team working there always seem as if they’re arguing and always have an attitude. There is a lady there that clearly doesn’t enjoy her job, always so so rude to customer and other staff. If you ask for something that’s not on special she yells at you telling you “it’s not on sale!” before you can even finish your sentence. I waited there for 45mins today because 3 staff members felt it was necessary for all 3 of them to serve each customer together and confuse both themselves and the customers instead of each serving one customer each and cut the waiting time in half. Management really needs to train their staff better.
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, they even charged me extra, I was trying to explain everything but they didn’t even let me talk….nI would not recommend here to anyone for their customer service……
