When I started boot camp 3 years ago I had never done any sport/training previously. Working with Carlie and Shea to become a better person physically and mentally has helped me in so many ways. Each session is different, both trainers have so much experience and knowledge to teach you to become healthier and fitter. The boot camps done by fresh fitness are fun, positive, encouraging and a great stress relief. I would recommend giving it go whether you have never done training before or you want to get to that next goal.

For years I went to gyms and had personal trainers but got bored easily and never really committed to my health and fitness, then I started training with Carlie and Shea at Fresh Fitness. I love that I am constantly challenged and each workout is planned and varied, their outdoor boot camps and training sessions are something that I actually look forward to in my week rather than dragging my feet on my way to the gym. Not only that but the trainers offer detailed nutritional support to help you achieve your goals. If you're looking to change your lifestyle and have fun while doing it, I would highly recommend Fresh Fitness!

I have been attending Fresh Fitness boot camp with Carlie and Shea for over two years. I cannot speak highly enough of them! They make a great team; both really positive and supportive, with a wealth of knowledge and programs that work. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to change not only their physical appearance, but also their mental strength and lifestyle.

I have been training with Carlie and Shea at Fresh Fitness for the past 3 years. During this time I have totally transformed my life. Not only have I lost over 30kgs I have also gained a love of fitness and better mindset. I look forward to boot camp as it's not only a great source of excercise with the ever changing circuts and martial arts but it's also a great stress relief and provides a good break from my otherwise hectic work life. Yoga with Carlie in also highly recommended. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
