Probably one of the best options for take out in Palmy, healthy and absolutely delicious....you choose a carb if you want to, salad and two meats....just deliciius. Perfect to take to go sit in the square and eat it there....highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Go try it! You wont be dissapointed!

Honestly cannot get enough of this! Fresh and warm, so good. Honey chicken and honey mustard - the absolute best combo. Queues go through really quickly so dont be afraid to hang out in line.
Yummy, just felt a bit rushed but understandable as busy, lots of meat given which was awesome! They are kind people.

I mostly enjoy eating there. I find they allow alot more choices then the one in tbe plaza. Fresh bowl you can choose one of three bases, roast potatoe, noodles, or rice. A bit of everything in the salad area, two sauces, and two kinds of meats. Big drinks if you like that kind.

This is my favorite place to eat out... but over the years the price has risen sharply... even though I vote it, most of the time taking the family is just too costly
As always, amazing service and even better food! We visit all the time and the staff are always helpful. Gets busy at lunch time because everyone KNOWS fresh bowl is so good! but moves quickly.
Disgraced at what this institution has come to. Under the stores old ownership this restaurant thrived but the food I received today shows their streak has ended. The chicken was tasteless and chewy and the salad was barely existent, the only above average part of this meal was the rice. Seriously recommend &Bowl.
