A good open field that is off leash when there are no sports on for dogs. A easy walk around the reserve on a mix of concrete path and gravel. The pram managed it well. Plenty of bins along the way to dispose of those poop bags.

Nice trail for walking or running. Fitness equipment along the path, various clubhouses and lot of room to social distance. You can see people walking their dogs or riding their bikes. It's lovely!
Went for a walk through, impressive flood basin!
It's OK for a short jog or walk if your close, but otherwise there are better places. The circuit is around 1.75 kms with exercise challanges along the way. It's partly bush, but mostly not with one small area with table & chairs and playground equipment etc.
