Freeway Hotel

Second time here and it doesn't disappoint. Food was again awesome and huge servings, not to mention the great flavours. Atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet. Staff extremely friendly and courteous and even took time out to meet and greet us at our table. Plenty of parking underneath hotel. Highly recommend Freeway Hotel for lunch or Dinner for the whole family

The bistro has great food. I’ve come here on a Saturday. There’s not many people around. The quality of the meal.. I don’t normally order a chicken parmie as time and time again I’ve been disappointed with overcooked chicken but no it was moist, cook to perfection. I opted for veggies and mash with pepper sauce. Looking at the surrounding meals lamb pie, sirloin and fish and chips quite generous portions. Great meal and friendly staff. Even great on a Saturday.

Cannot rate the food and the service highly enough. I had the rump steak chips salad and mushroom gravy. The chef was happy to cook for me even though it was late and It was a quiet Tuesday. The salad was remarkably fresh, my rump, i ordered mine medium and it was so very tender, tasty and was cooked to perfection. The gravy. Ooooohhhh the GRaVy baby! It had the shine, it had the flavour, oh how I love gravy and THIS was the bomb!! Even the chips were fluffy in the middle crisp on the outside with a tasty seasoning. Quality not often seen in a pub feed at this price.

Surprisingly good food, fair priced beers and other drinks. Open late with friendly staff. A good local pub.

Good food, decent selection of drinks, great service from friendly staff. Good vibe without being too raucous or in-your-face.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very nice food and nice cold beer. Try the chilli prawn linguine, very tasty.

Pretty average pub food, at quite high prices. Schnitzels are freshly fried and come out hot, chips are quite ok, nothing special at all. It's pretty handy to have waitressing service for beers but I think this is only on certain days

Pool tables, dance floor, party room, tab, pokies, poker, clean bathrooms, helpful staff, great food, wat more do u want.

It's a good pub. I've had some great times here but it's a bit out of the way from other entertainment businesses and on the fringe of an industrial area. It's a good 10-15 minute walk from Artarmon. As I used to work in close proximity it was the go-to place for Friday lunches, but these days it just doesn't seem worth the trek with so many other options in the area and along the train line.

It’s a PUB / Good food, sports bar, bistro and pokies. Smoking areas as well.
