We bought our pool from Freedom in October. The whole process was nice and easy. We were given rough timelines initially, followed up by more firm dates not long after. Every single stage of the pool build was done on time and overall i was very happy with the whole process. Both Dale and Liz are fantastic to deal with. Got our pool in before Christmas and i couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend freedom pools at Underwood if you're considering a pool. We're still renovating the yard around it and upgrading the fence, but as you can see from the photos, the pool looks fantastic. more photos once we eventually finish the backyard
Not happy with their level of professionalism. Staff appeared not taking accountability for the critical mistakes despite having prior emails, phone calls, face to face discussions, but they still did it wrong. Often our builder had to chase for weeks to get things attended. Even a post sales service call, they complained not to attend next time without charging a service fee and that was without any clear explanation as to why? Clearly a total shambles in my view.
I have been building for a long time through a builder who hasn’t been helpful. Freedom had installed my pool before the build started due to access. Now my house is nearly finished freedom has been fantastic. Elisabeth and Paul and Liz have given me all there time making decisions on tiles and water features that I just didn’t think about at the start. We are nearly finished and really wanted to give them a review as they deserve it. Great job freedom! Thank you for your patience.
Where do i start. Manager of springwood is absolute rude and avoids. Told me i was wrong when i was delivered wrong colour for pool water feature had to argue and argue to get rep out who totally agreed with me that colour was completely different. That cost me full days wage as i had to be there to let rep into property. Left pool without pool fence . Due to rain pool was full. I helped them out and called them to fix it. List went on and on. Staff were brilliant however end product was great but dramas with dealing with manager was terrible. Swore at me on phone treated me like a fool. I even explained that there was 60 tiles left over and that must have been charged for them. He blamed supplier. In the end i was correct they overcharged 1200 dollars which they did refund after rep sorted it for me.
I’ll be honest, we were in two minds of whether to go with Freedom pols or not due to mixed reviews... but we took the chance due to the pool shape and good deal we received and it paid off. Our experience was nothing short of brilliant!!! Elizabeth and the construction manager Dale always kept me up to date on what to expect in the coming days and made me feel very special and looked after. I have and will highly recommend you guys to everyone! Well done Freedom Pools Brisbane Trent Ker, New Beith
