Disappointing...eta on orders are just guesses and unfortunately the customer service just isnt there. Well Known name without any substance.
You should consider purchasing from Ikea rather than Freedom. I did not realise I still had to 'allen' key everything together and the direction provided were definitely not helpful at all. I have put together many Ikea items easily but directions provided with Freedom furniture - not helpful at all. Need a science degree.
Large display room with good staff providing good advice.
Fair enough they don't accept cash right now, but they still handle products to scan them and then hand them back. Still had contact when getting the receipt. Poor returns policy
