Is it just me, or are 1kg dumb bells like.... extremely heavy? There needs to be dumb bells below this weight because 1kg really is a struggle!

terrible, I left long ago, after finishing a 12 month contract, and they have continued to take money from my account. They leave no room to leave, and when you are going at your own pace in the gym, they made me feel inadequate and uncomfortable. I would always recommend not going to this gym over others, and not to sign over ridiculous time paying them. Absolutely awful.
