Shocking service, sold me a vape that didn’t work - I returned back 5 minutes later and the lady behind the counter was been super rude and saying it’s not her problem. Said I should of tried the vape in the shop before leaving which is illegal. Avoid at all costs, there was also another customer in the shop arguing for what sounded like a similar issue
the lady at the counter was very RUDE, my dad didnt know the brands of smokes being sold herevisiting from India and i dont smoke so had no idea and as such asked her for which one was mild/light, but the lady didnt answer and just kept replying rudelywhat ya want, what ya want. dont think my dad's accent is that bad or mine, but alas here I am venting. I would have given ZERO if possible.
Everyone should go to this tobacconist rather than the one across the Plaza, and everyone should go to this bottle shop rather than the one adjoined to the supermarket. For a small business, their prices are fantastic. There are plenty of things I get here cheaper than the supermarket or the big box bottle shop. And the staff are great - you're always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello.
Good value for money. Don’t try the pink and yellow mints made me feel like a rattlesnake
Giftware is available, and zippo lighters
Terrible and rude service
